Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and using Blurii, you agree to these terms of service. If you don't agree, please don't use the extension.
License Types
Blurii offers three license types:
- Starter: Single device license, valid for 1 year from activation date
- Professional: Up to 5 devices, valid for 1 year from activation date
- Enterprise: Unlimited devices, lifetime license with no expiration
Your license type and device limits are specified at the time of purchase. Special promotional pricing may be offered from time to time.
License Grant
Blurii grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension according to your purchased plan. You may activate the extension on the number of devices permitted by your license type. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the software.
Device Management
You may deactivate the extension on any device to free up a seat for activation on another device. Device limits are enforced as follows:
- Starter: 1 active device at a time
- Professional: Up to 5 active devices simultaneously
- Enterprise: Unlimited active devices
We reserve the right to deactivate devices if we detect abuse or violation of these terms.
License Validation
The extension validates your license every 24 hours. If your license expires (Starter/Professional plans) or is deactivated, the extension will stop functioning. Enterprise licenses are lifetime and do not expire.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Blurii only for lawful purposes. You may not use the extension to violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or circumvent license restrictions. Sharing license keys with unauthorized users is prohibited.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with Blurii, contact us at hello@blurii.com within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for licenses that have been used extensively.
Renewals & Expiration
Starter & Professional: These licenses expire 1 year after activation. You will receive a notification before expiration. To continue using Blurii, you must renew your license or upgrade to Enterprise.
Enterprise: Lifetime licenses never expire and do not require renewal.
Updates & Support
All license types include free updates and email support. We may release new features, bug fixes, and improvements at any time. Enterprise license holders receive priority support.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the extension and delete it from your devices. Refunds are not provided for terminated licenses.
Disclaimer
Blurii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to data loss, privacy breaches, or business interruption.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Blurii after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
